Welcome to Presko Cleaning Services. By booking any of our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be cleared within 3 days of the service date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as advised at the time of booking.
  • Late payments may result in an administrative fee or suspension of future services.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur an $80 cancellation fee.

3. End of Lease & Large Cleaning Jobs

  • All end of lease cleans and other large-scale cleaning jobs will require an upfront deposit, payable at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance is due within 3 days of job completion.

Bond Back Guarantee (End of Lease Cleans Only)

  • Our Bond Back Guarantee means that if your bond is withheld due to cleaning-related issues, we will return and re-clean those specific areas at no extra cost.
  • This guarantee does not cover damage, general wear and tear, or issues unrelated to the cleaning itself.
  • Any claim under the Bond Back Guarantee must be made within 3 days of the final inspection and must include a detailed report or feedback from the real estate agent or inspection authority.

4. Access

  • It is your responsibility to provide access to the property at the agreed time.
  • If access is not possible due to keys not being available or someone not being home, it will be treated as a cancellation and the $80 fee will apply.

5. Health & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse a job if the environment is unsafe for our staff.
  • We ask that all aggressive pets are secured and that we are informed in advance of any safety hazards at the property.

6. Products & Equipment

  • We provide our own cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Upon request, we are happy to use environmentally friendly products. Please let us know at the time of booking.

7. Same Cleaner Policy

  • Wherever possible, we will ensure the same cleaner attends each visit to your home or business for consistency and peace of mind.
  • All staff are vetted and have a valid police check.

8. Liability

  • We are fully insured for public liability.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
  • If any accidental damage occurs during the clean, please report it within 24 hours for review.
